Original shipping fees are also non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Upon receiving your return, we will process your return via K'lynn Kouture E-gift card via email. E-gift cards DO NOT expire. We do not process refunds at the moment. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

K'lynn Kouture reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, K'lynn Kouture reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Non-K'lynn Kouture items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject our customers, but we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all K'lynn Kouture customers across the globe. 

Final Sale Items

Items on this list are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. In the event of an unauthorized return, K'lynn Kouture reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for any items on the list below

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that we will have your size/color in a particular item or size so we do not process exchanges. However, you may use your E-gift card to order the same item if it is still available on our website.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged please reach out to us through email at contact@klynnkouture.com immediately. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

When returning pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached (if applicable). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, bodysuit dresses, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items.

We are not responsible for lost/ stolen packages.

Store Credit

Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once we receive them. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to process once it is received. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. K'lynn Kouture does not credit original shipping charges.

Stale Returns

K'lynn Kouture requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender.
